Originally from Georgia, Lee Bledsoe graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA.  After owning a catering business in Atlanta, Lee made his way out to the desert where he worked for Ritz-Carlton and the La Quinta Resort and was a specialist for GlaxoSmithKline Pharmaceuticals for 10 years before coming on board with Desert Regional Medical Center.

Tracey Cowles has over thirteen years of sales experience in the medical industry throughout the Coachella Valley, Orange County and Los Angeles.  She began her career at Desert Regional Medical Center in the fall of 2009, launching and promoting the El Mirador Imaging Center to Medical Staff Physicians and their office personnel.  She is currently enrolled in the Master’s program at Chapman University and will graduate in 2012 with a Master’s in Psychotherapy.

Beatrice (Bea) Hernandez accepted the position of Physician Relations Manager for Desert Regional Medical Center’s La Quinta Imaging Center in June 2010.   Before this, she worked as a Cardiovascular Sales Healthcare Consultant with Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.  She possesses thorough knowledge of all Desert Regional Medical Center services where she began her healthcare career in 1993 working in a number of departments including Business Development and Patient Access.  Bea is dedicated to developing and improving working relationships, with physicians, office personnel and patients to facilitate business development activities at Desert Regional's La Quinta Satellite Programs.   A native of the Coachella Valley, she is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in History with a minor in Political Science.
